our history
Radiant Engineering was established in 1998 under the control of one of Brunei Darussalam’s largest construction companies as a general Mechnical & Electrical contractor carrying out various works involving, among others, high voltage cable splicing/jointing, distribution & installation of distribution boards, installation of mini sub-stations and cabling works in domestic and commercial buildings.
In 2013, Radiant Engineering underwent a change in ownership and subsequently restructured our business to focus solely on air-conditioning distribution, installation, maintenance & repair works.
Radiant Engineering entered the facilities management business in early 2016 by securing a contract with the Brunei Government to manage certain facilities at the Brunei International Airport including providing round-the-clock security, parking management, hygiene services and luggage trolley management.
In the same year we expanded into the environmental space by offering environmental consultancy services in the practice area of refrigerants and ozone depleting substances (ODS). We have since renamed the business line into Environmental Solutions division as we now also distribute reclaimed refrigerants and provide refrigerant recovery & recycling.

We are proud to be employing the majority of our members locally in line with the wishes of the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam and his Government. With a total of over 60 full-time members working in all three business divisions, our community is tight-knit and we openly embrace the diversity in terms of race, culture and religion among its members as a strength.
Our leadership comprises of a healthy mix of seasoned business executives and technical professionals who are supported by board members as well as external advisers.
